With over 18 years experience in the shipping industry, Rahul brings a commercially focussed and market-oriented perspective to the company’s business development and operations.
His career spans extensive expereince in tanker operations and commercial roles across various freight markets. He also gained valuable experience working in the maritime insurance industry, specializing in claims handling. This diverse experience provides him with a well-rounded understanding of vessel operations, market dynamics and key drivers of performance and profitability.
Rahul holds Bachelor’s Degree (Hons.) in Computer Sciences, a Diploma in Charter Party Assessment from BIMCO and a Certificate in Advanced Demurrage from Haugen Consulting, USA.
Elif Unal
Job Title
With over 22 years of comprehensive experience in the maritime industry, she has built a broad professional background spanning vessel operations and procurement. She spent a significant part of her career managing dry bulk vessel operations and subsequently served as Purchasing Manager, developing strong expertise in operational efficiency, procurement & cost management.
She later transitioned into tanker management, bringing her hands-on operational and procurement experience to execute an efficient, time effective and cost oriented approach.
She holds a degree in Economics from Istanbul University’s Faculty of Political Sciences and a Master’s degree in Maritime Economics. She also holds a specialized Sale and Purchase Diploma from BIMCO.
